PURPOSE: An analog/digital converter is so provided that difference of a reference voltage is not generated by perfectly removing a direct component of an input analog signal. CONSTITUTION: An analog/digital converter comprises: low pass filters(LPF1,LPF2) removing a noise of an analog input signal; capacitors(C1,C2) removing a direct component of the analog input signal passed through the low pass filters; converters(2,3) comparing the analog signal with a reference voltage and converting into a digital signal; and reference voltage correction part(4,5) detecting a direct component of the analog signal inputted through the capacitor(C1,C2) and correcting the reference voltage according detected value.
