PURPOSE: A method for automatically setting a security of a common unit in a manless security system is provided, which informs a last leaver of a building which a manless security system is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The method for automatically setting a security of a common unit in a manless security system comprises the steps of: (300-306) changing a security table when receiving a security signal from controllers manufactured in a building and checking as to whether an entire security state is a set state; (308-310) checking as to whether the movement of people is sensed from a sensor of a common unit when the entire security state is the set state; (312) transmitting a message for informing a last leaver when the movement of people is sensed; and (313-330) entering an entire building as a security mode when the last leaver is leaved. Thereby, it is possible to automatically operate the building.
