PURPOSE: A track moving device of an eccentric disc is provided to move to a move-requested target track quickly and exactly at a track movement of an eccentric disc. CONSTITUTION: The track moving device comprises: a spindle motor(20) for rotating and driving an optical disc; an optical pickup(30) for reading a signal recorded to the optical disc; a sled motor(40) for shifting the optical pickup(30); a servo part(90) for adjusting a location of the optical pickup(30); a radio frequency part(50) for shaping a radio frequency signal read by the optical pickup(30); a digital signal processing part(60) for processing the shaped signal with a digital signal; a comparator(70) for comparing a tracking error signal and an inputted reference level(ref.level); a traverse counter(80) for counting a traverse signal applied after being detected; and a micom(100) for applying the reference level(ref.level) to the comparator(70) and a jump pulse control signal to the servo part(90).
