PURPOSE: An apparatus is provide which prevents sticky sludge from adhering to the surface of stirrer wings, electric hot plate, and the surface of inner wall of stirring tank during concentration process by steaming agitation. CONSTITUTION: Setting up a rotating axle(3) made by pipe at the center of reaction tank(1), this axle is installed four steam pipes with air holes and several wings of stirrer(5), and stirring plates(6,6') fix to in and outside end of each wings, especially every inside stirring plates direct to downward and outside plates direct to upward.
