PURPOSE: An electrolyte layer forming method is provided to improve a radio frequency characteristic by realizing a low equivalent series resistance (ESR) value of an electrolyte condenser reducing a porosity of an electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: In the method for forming a manganese dioxide layer on an oxide film which is formed on a valve metal surface such a titanium or aluminum, In the porosity existing in the manganese dioxide layer is penetrated a conductive high polymer, which is obtained by a first and a second polymerization procedures. In the first polymerization procedure, one of the pyrrole, thiophene and furan solutions, each of which are a loop chemical composition having N, S and O except a carbon into a loop among loop chemical compositions, is made with a degree of 30 to 95 wt% as weight partial rate, and then is oxide-polymerized by adding an oxidizer such as (NH4)2Cr2O7, FeCl3, etc. In the second polymerization procedure, a conductive high polymer such as aniline, acetylene, phenylenevinylene, or isothianaphthen is made with a degree of 5 to 70 wt%, and then is oxide-polymerized by adding the oxidizer such as (NH4)2Cr2O7, FeCl3, etc. |
