PRODUCTION METHOD OF VOLUNTARY CRIMP FIBER BY OUT-IN TYPED CYLINDRICAL COOLING METHOD

PURPOSE: A production method of a voluntary crimp fiber by an out-in typed cylindrical cooling method is provided to be inserted an inhaling-typed forcible ventilating pipe in an inner center of an out-in typed cylindrical cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling air forcible ventilating pipe(1) is installed to become the direction of the cooling air in a vertical with a proceeding direction of a fiber. Thereby the cooling air entering to the center from the outside is forcibly ventilated by gathering in the inner center of the ventilating pipe(1) after cooling a chamber in a melted state, and the difference of the property of matter between each face of the fiber is manifested and maintained. The size of the unused area of a center part of a using spinning custody is over 100mm diameter, the size of the ventilating pipe(1) is produced according to the size of a cooling container and the spinning custody, and the voluntary crimp fiber is easily produced by contacting the cooling air in a vertical for the proceeding direction of a gauge.
