PURPOSE: Fused pyridazine compounds are useful as medicaments and pharmaceutical compositions. CONSTITUTION: A series of structurally distinct fused pyridazine compounds, in particular pyrido(h)cinnoline, pyrido(h)cinnoline, pyridocyclopenta(1,2-c)pyridazine, pyridocyclopenta(1,2-c)pyricazinone, pyridocyclohepta(1,2-c)pyridazine and pyridocyclohepta(1,2-c) pyridazinone derivatives, have been discovered and found to possess anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activity.
