PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating particle-like substance measuring apparatus of a type for storing no charge at the pipe wall of sampling piping. SOLUTION: A suction unit 4 for setting a pressure difference of a sample collecting unit 3 from the atmosphere is provided in pneumatically convey floating particle-like substance of the atmosphere to a measuring unit 5. The substance is sucked from a sample gas suction port 2 via sampling piping 1, the sucked substance is captured by the unit 3, and measured by the unit 5. As the piping 1, a piping made of metal is used. The piping is grounded 11 to stably, accurately, satisfactorily measure it without absorbing not only neutral particles but also charged particles to the piping.
