PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for heat exchange which can prevent formation of dew inside the drum body of a heat exchanger even when the efficiency of heat exchange is improved. SOLUTION: This equipment for heat exchange has a heat exchange part 20 provided in the drum body 21 of a heat exchanger 2, an auxiliary heat absorbing pipe 61 which is connected to the downstream end of a heat absorbing pipe 23a constituting the heat exchange part 20 and is wound around on the outer periphery of the barrel part of the drum body 21, a bypass pipe 26 connecting the downstream-side passage of the auxiliary heat absorbing pipe 61 and the upstream-side passage of the heat absorbing pipe 23a, a flow ratio setting unit 41 which regulates the mixing ratio of hot water to cold water in the joining part of the downstream-side passage of the auxiliary heat absorbing piping 61 and the bypass pipe 26, temperature sensor 63 for determining the temperature of the part 34 of the drum body 21 whereon the auxiliary heat absorbing pipe 61 is wound and a means for controlling the flow ratio setting unit 41 so that the mixing ratio necessary for making the temperature of the part 34 of the drum body 21 higher than the dew-point temperature of combustion exhaust gas in the drum body 21 can be set.
