PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize communication switching operation of a port and improve durability, by interposing a part of spacer in a connection part of a valve body and a solenoid drive part, and supporting a valve element support part unit swiveled by demagnetizing/magnetizing of a solenoid coil to a protruded part provided in the spacer. SOLUTION: A spacer 41 is interposed in a connection part of a valve body solenoid drive part 12 and a valve body 30. A swivelable valve element support flat plate 55 is integrally mounted in a tip end of a protruded part 48. A first/ second valve element 56, 57 is mounted in both ends of the valve element support plate 55. Consequently, when an armature 51 and the valve element support plate 55 are swiveled, generation of a wearing part id almost prevented due to almost no existence of mechanical friction. Accordingly, swiveling of the armature 51 and the valve element support plate 55 can be stabilized, consequently communication switching operation of a first/second port 33, 34 by the first/ second valve element 56, 57 can be stabilized, so that durability can be improved.
