RGB light sources (2) for directing light into a synthetic resin transparent body (1) in which a large number of bubbles (1a, 1a, ...) are formed are provided at both ends of the transparent body (1). The light sources (2) emit a light of an arbitrary color under the control of a controller (3). The light emitted from the RGB light sources (2) is reflected from the surface of the synthetic resin transparent body (1) into the inside of the body (1), refracted by bubbles (1a) and scattered, allowing light to radiate from the whole transparent body (1). |
