PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a substrate against a fixing-side pinching section, to hold the substrate in the cross direction rectangular in the carrying direction, to position the substrate surely at the place of working, to conduct working to the substrate such as part mounting accurately, to stabilize the quality of products and to improve quality. SOLUTION: Both side edges 1a, 1b of the substrate 1 abut against a fixing- side upper guide 4 and a moving-side upper guide 58 with operation, in which a supporting plate 11 is lifted to the substrate 1 at the place of working, and movement in the vertical direction is prevented, the substrate 1 is supported surely by a fixing-side pinching means M and a fixing-side pinching means N by rotating a second connecting member 61 and movement in the width wise direction is obstructed, and shifting in the carrying direction is hindered by pressing the substrate 1 towards a stopper 63 from the carrying-in side by the pressing piece 62c of a pressing member 62. |
