PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to print a lens shape image which compensates a change in the pitch of a lens shape sheet at a high speed by disposing a scanner facing a direction where a laser beam is scanned from a laser along a scanning line and a drive assembly for moving the lens shape image with respect to the scanning line. SOLUTION: The galvoscanner 40 facing the direction where the laser beam is scanned from the laser along the scanning line and the drive assembly for moving the lens shape image with respect to the scanning line are disposed. The printing of the image line onto the rear surface of the lens shape image is executed by the flying-spot scanner 20 by such a method that the high-speed scanning direction corresponds to the direction of the long diameter of a radiation aperture of the multimode laser 10. The longer diameter of the scanning point supplied by the scanning multimode laser beam 24 is preferably along the high-speed section scanning (also called as the line scanning) and is more adequately perpendicular to a side scanning direction.
