PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start both the operations of the master power supply circuit and the slave power supply circuit of a switching converter type power supply device with a master/slave construction simultaneously while master/slave operations are secured not only when an AC input voltage is applied with one rush but also when an AC voltage is gradually elevated. SOLUTION: A 2nd auxiliary winding NB2 is provided in a master transformer T10 in addition to a 1st auxiliary winding NB1. When a control voltage applied to a master side PWM control device IC10 is obtained from the 1st auxiliary winding, a control voltage applied to a slave side PWM control device IC20 is obtained from the 1st auxiliary winding NB1 and the 2nd auxiliary winding NB2 so as to have the control voltage applied to the slave side PWM control device IC20 higher than the control voltage applied to the master side PWM control device IC10.
