PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for housing a piezoelectric element for positively realizing insulation, for reducing the manufacturing cost, and for easily realizing attachment and detachment to an object. SOLUTION: This casing 1 for housing a piezoelectric element is provided with a casing main body 1 for housing a piezoelectric element, lead terminals 5 and 6 for power input to be connected with a piezoelectric element housed in the casing main body 1, and a lead terminal 7 for power output to be connected with the housed piezoelectric element. This casing 1 for housing a piezoelectric element is provided with either of a connector for connecting the connecting terminal 7 with the lead terminals 5 and 6 for power input or a connector 4 for connecting the connecting terminal 7 with the lead terminal 7 for power output, which are integrally formed with the casing main body 1.
