PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully secure a terminal firmly to a base. SOLUTION: In a terminal equipment, including a base 6 provided with a through-hole 6a and a rod-shaped terminal 11 where a flat plate part 11c provided locally thereon is brought out through the through-hole 6a while being pressed against the inner edge at its outer periphery, with its brought-out root portion bonded to the base 6 and with the terminal 11 secured to the base 6, the flat plate part 11c of the terminal is brought out 11 in part through the through-hole 6a.
