PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the terminal of operation by a rotary encoder without necessitating a detection switch in such a manner that a planetary gear revolves while engaging with an orbit changing part provided on the terminal part of a rack at the terminal of the moving operation of a slide table. SOLUTION: When the planetary gear 20 becomes the state engaging with a linear orbit part 16a of the rack 16, the state such as the rotational force of the planetary gear 20 is transmitted to the linear orbit part 16a of the rack 16, is formed while keeping the position of the planetary gear 20 as it is, and the slide table 3 is moved forward up to the pulling out position. When the planetary gear 20 becomes the state engaged with the terminal of the linear orbit part 16a of the rack 16, the slightly left-handed revolution is made for the planetary gear 20 along the orbit changing part 16a1 since this terminal part is formed to be the circular-arcuate orbit changing part 16a1. That is, the revolved state to the large angle in the direction of the left-handed revolution is formed, then the terminal of the moving operating of the slide table 3 is detected by the rotary encoder 25 rotating with the revolution of the planetary gear 20.
