PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk, an optical disk device and an optical disk recording method suppressing degradation in the recording thin film of the optical disk on respective sectors and respective marks due to repeatedly recording, thereby facilitating constitution of a related signal processing system and suppressing an adverse effect affecting correct recording/reproducing of information due to a degradation phenomenon. SOLUTION: Plural sectors 3 are arranged on a track 2, and each sector 3 is provided successively with a guard data recording area recording the guard data and a data recording area 5 containing a synchronizing signal, and the user data continuing to the synchronizing signal. The guard data in the guard data recording area are the same as the recording pattern of the synchronizing signal, and the phase of the recording pattern is continued at the boundary between the guard data recording area and the data recording area.
