PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), which can be stably oscillated, by generating a second control signal, for which the phase change component of an input control signal is corrected by changing a frequency, and positively feeding the second control signal back to an oscillation means. SOLUTION: On the condition of matching a phase VPin of a control signal VC1 at a point A and a phase VPout of a control signal VQ2 at a point A', corresponding to the voltage level of a control voltage signal S84 supplied from a loop filter 84, the capacitance of a variable capacitance diode VC is changed. The control signal VC1 corresponding to that capacitance is supplied to an inverted amplifier 91, inverted and amplified and after impedance transformation is performed through a transistor Q2 of a phase control output part 92, a generated resonance signal fs of prescribed frequency positively fed through a SAW resonator 93 positively back to the inverted amplifier part 91. When the amplifying operation of the inverted amplifier part 91 is saturated, a control signal VQ2 of the desired frequency corresponding to the control voltage signal S84 is oscillated from the emitter of the transistor Q2 as a carrier wave fs.
