PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the simple and compact configuration of the structure of a power supply system, which supplies the electric power to the main board wherein CPU is mounted from supply board in a portable computer. SOLUTION: On the surface of a main board 26, a standoff made of aluminum, which is electrically connected to the wiring of the main board 26, is provided. In the standoff 38, a screw hole 40 is provided in the direction perpendicular to the main board 26. In a power supply board 28, a through hole 42 and a contact point 44, which is provided around the hole 42 and electrically connected to the wiring of the power supply board 28, are provided. Then, a bolt 46 is made to pass the through hole 42 and is connected to the screw hole 40, and the standoff 38 and the contact point 42 are brought into contact. Thus, the main board 26 and the power supply board 28 are electrically connected, and the power supply structure is formed.
