The invention relates to a method of forming a conductor casing (1) running between a floating installation (4) and the sea bed (6), the installation (4) preferably being positioned below the sea surface (7). The object of the present method is to provide conductor casings of arched or sloping extent. Thereby, among other things, a well that extends comparatively close to the sea bed (6), and that extends sufficiently far sideways from the installation (4) outwards, may be drilled by the extension of the lower end of the conductor casing (1). The particularities of the invention, are that the conductor casing (1) is laid to bear against the installation (4), that the conductor casing (1) is lowered towards the sea bed (6), that the lower end of the conductor casing (1) is pulled sideways from the installation (4) outwards, and that the lower end of the conductor casing (1) is passed down into the sea bed (6). |
