PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts for a thinner structure, by pressing the center of a rotor with a shaft to strain the rotor, and by making it contact oscillators by the strain so that the rotor comes into contact with the oscillators on the surface when the shaft is mounted to the rotor. SOLUTION: A rotor 34 is placed on oscillators 33, and a shaft 36 is passed through the center of the rotor receiving part 36a. Then, the shaft 36 is pressed until the rotor strains by engaging the flange part 37 of the shaft 36 with the shaft-fitting part 39 of the rotor 34. Then, the flange part 37 contacts the surface of the shaft-fitting part 39, and is pressed into an enclosure 30 side. Therefore, the area around the shaft-fitting part 39 of the rotor 34 strains and the straining force is transmitted to the side of a contacting part 35, which is put into the state of surface contact with the oscillators 33. By mounting the rotor 34 in a strained state, the straining force works in such a way that the contacting part 35 is always made to contact the oscillators 33 side. As a result, a good surface contact state is obtainable. |
