PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage for suppressing a false recognition by a sense amplifier. SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage is provided with an input means 3 in which external data Din and internal reference potential Vref are inputted, a sense amplifier drive means 7 that is connected to the input means 3 and receives the control of a sense amplifier start signal S2, a sense amplifier 1 that is connected to the sense amplifier drive means 7, and a precharge means 2 that is connected between the sense amplifier drive means 7 and a power supply voltage and receives the control of the precharge signal S1. In the semiconductor storage, capacitors C1 and C2 are connected between sense nodes N1 and N2 at the end part of the sense amplifier 1 and the sense amplifier drive means 7. |
