PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit accurate metier evaluation by adequately evaluating the adequacy of a person who actually works and then comparing and checking the evaluation with the evaluation result of an examinee. SOLUTION: The processor of this device calculates raw scores of the examinee for every job description (S202) corresponding to point matrix data constituted by scoring the degrees of adaptation to the job descriptions to be evaluated for every evaluation question based on to answer information to an evaluation question group of population and answer information to an evaluation question group of groups engaged with a specific job description. Then the raw scores are contrasted with the average and standard deviation of points calculated according to the point matrix and the answer information to the evaluation question group of population to calculate deviation for every job description (S204). Then the degrees of adaptation of the examinee are displayed in the unit of the job description based on the deviation (S206, S207). |
