摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically access the optimal communication system by giving priority to a means for communication with an appropriate communication system and inhibiting standby and calling by the means for communicating with an inappropriate communication system when it is judged that fast mobile communication is possible. SOLUTION: When a detection signal showing car battery connection is inputted through an interface 7 from a detection part 8 by CPU 3, it is judged that the present equipment is in a car, and fast mobile communication is enabled, then an appropriate communication system should be selected. Then, the CPU 3 inhibits the fast mobile communication from a communication access at a first radio part 1 dealing with an inappropriate cordless system and automatically switches to the communication access at a second radio part 2 dealing with a cellular system appropriate to the fast mobile communication. Also, when communication is not being performed, a succeeding calling or incoming call is performed at the second radio part 2, an alarm is generated at an alarm part 9 during the communication and it is recognized that it is in communication by use of the first radio part 1.
