PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of data communication traffic with simple communication specifications when the heating operation of a heating device are stopped by continuing specific one operation when the response signal indicating the setting of the state of the specific operation is received from at least one remote controller. SOLUTION: When one of heating devices 2a-2c is instructed to start heating operation, a signal commanding the start of combustion operation is outputted to the controller 11 of a hot-water supplier 1 from the controller 21 of the operated heating device 2 and, at the same time, a set-state requesting signal requesting the currently set operating state is outputted to the heating device 2 which outputs the signal from the controller 11 side of the hot-water supplier 1 at a prescribed frequency and the ON/OFF of the combusting operation is controlled based only on the presence/absence of the response signal to the set-state requesting signal.
