PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a desired voltage to an output node by switching a switching circuit, even when a tower source voltage is low. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with an N-type transistor M3 on triple- well, wherein a source and a sub are connected in common while a drain is connected to a first voltage source with a gate applied with a first switching signal, an N-type transistor M2 on triple-well where a drain is connected to the source of the transistor M3 while a second voltage source connected to the source and sub with the gate applied with a second switching signal, and a circuit which operates either a first or second switching control signals S1, S2 and selects either a first or second voltage from the first or second voltage sources, which is applied to the output side.
