PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly realize system environment setting work apt to be complicated such as the registration of the large amount of data to a data base at the change of a schema and system introduction and the repetitive registration work of the same data at the test of the system. SOLUTION: A parameter generation processing part 3 generates a definition parameter 4, based on an execution instruction parameter 1 and a schema source 2. A data base registration processing part 6 inputs the definition parameter 4 generated in the parameter generation processing part 3, a data parameter 5, a schema 7 and a sub schema 8, executes editing to a user work area from a record data parameter in the data parameter 5 and executes a data operation language from a data operation language parameter, performs registration processing to a registration object data base 9 and further, performs the output processing of the executed result list 10.
