PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking in a mixer reduce hydraulicity solidifier amount uselessly wasted. SOLUTION: After finishing mortar injection in a drum 29, a switch valve 3 is closed and a mortar supply part 8 and washing water circulation pipe 19 are connected with a three way valve 18. By supplying washing water, the region between the three way valve 18 and the switch valve 3 is filled with water. By driving a motor 11, liquid fluid discharged from a pump 13 passes through a washing water circulation pipe 19 to be circulated. After elapsing a specific time, the liquid fluid is exhausted into a washing water receiver tank 22. Then, dried air is supplied in the mixer 5 and the inside is dried. As the switch valve 3 is closed, cement amount uselessly wasted by washing is reduced.
