PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the data distribution device that simplifies input processing and minimizes a response time from input to output. SOLUTION: Input correction processing circuits 1-3 correct an input timing of input signals #1-#3 according to a station signal from an input deviation detection circuit 4. The input deviation detection circuit 4 detects input deviation of the input signals #1-#3 and detects a delay time of the input signals #2, #3 with respect to the input signal #1. An input processing circuit 5 receives the input signals respectively corrected by the input correction processing circuits 1-3 and expands each input signal into word data. An edit exchange processing circuit 6 edits and exchanges input data into output data in a form along with a purpose of the user. An exchange processing arithmetic circuit 10 calculates a proper operating timing from the input to output of the edit exchange processing circuit 6 and a leading control circuit 11 outputs a leading control signal to each of output processing circuits 7-9 according to its arithmetic result.
