摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven brightness of an emitting surface the emitting surface is observed in a position shifted from the front of the emitting surface by forming a plurality of minute areas differing in the characteristics of scattering illuminating light, as compared with other parts, in at least a prescribed range of the light guide plate side of a reflecting sheet. SOLUTION: A primary light source 13 is arranged on the end part of a light scattering light guide plate 12 which is a light guide plate, and a reflecting sheet 14, the light scattering light guide plate 12 and a prism sheet 15 consisting of a light control member are successively laminated. A light quantity control surface 12M for controlling the emitted light quantity is formed on the emitting surface of the light scattering light guide plate 12 to uniformize the distribution of the emitted light quantity. In this case, the light quantity control surface 12M is formed with a light scattering pattern arranged on an emitting surface 12C, and the emitting surface is in part roughened in circular shape by surface roughing treatment, for example, mat surface treatment, working by etching to a corresponding metal mold or the like. Accordingly, when the emitting surface 12C is mirror-finished, the emitted light quantity of emitted illuminating light can be uniformized in the emitting light quantity reduction part.
