PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational angle sensor which can obtain stable sensor characteristics by reducing the influence of an external magnetic field as much as possible. SOLUTION: A throttle sensor 10 is provided with a 1st housing 20, a 2nd housing 40, and a rotor 30 supported rotatably in the 1st housing 20. A magnet structure 30 which constitutes part of the rotor 30 is equipped with a permanent magnet 322 and a couple of yokes 324 and 326 fixed to the permanent magnet 322. In the 2nd housing 40, a substrate part 410 to be inserted and arranged between the magnetic pole surfaces 334 and 336 of the yokes 324 and 326 is integrally formed. On the substrate part 410, a recessed part 41 is formed at the part sandwiched between the magnetic pole surfaces 334 and 336 and a Hall element 430 is arranged in the recessed part 412.
