PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat not only in a floor heater using electric wires but also in an already executed warm water floor heater by sequentially laminating a base material layer, a sand layer and a surface layer. SOLUTION: A base material layer 2, a sand layer 3 and a surface layer 4 are sequentially laminated to constitute one flooring material. A woodgrain pattern of the same type as that of the flooring is executed on an outside surface 4a of the layer 4. The layer 3 is formed by equivalently fixing fine sands 5 to one side surface of a sheet material. The flooring material 1 obtained by laminating the three layers 2, 3 and 4 in this manner has the sands 5 at the intermediate between the layer 2 and the layer 4. Thus, a heat dissipated from a heating material 25 brought into contact with a rear surface 2b of the layer 2 is transferred from the layer 2 to the sands 5 to warm the layer 4. Then, a floor and a room can be warmed by the heat held by the surface 4a of the layer 4 and the heat simultaneously dissipated therefrom.
