PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce and appreciate music data of various formats by storing program data which are stored in a storage part, in a storage part while rewriting them to received new program data. SOLUTION: By operating a key 113, a control signal is transmitted to a center station so as to transmit new signal processing program data for performing digital processing through a radio part (RF unit) 115. A CPU 114, to which a signal to the effect that theses signal processing program data are sent, is sent from the center station, starts data communication with the center station by sending the changing instruction of the signal processing program through the RF unit 115. The inputted new signal processing program data are written in a built-in memory 106 under the control of the CPU 114. When that writing is completed, the CPU 114 reports the completion of reception to a display part 112. Afterwards, according to the changed new signal processing program, a signal processing part 105 performs extending processing of data and reproduces music.
