PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-contact feeding device which does not give any damage, to its internal circuit and is safe to workers. SOLUTION: A power receiving unit 111 takes out electric power from a feeder line 101 to which an alternating current is given. A rectifier circuit 10 is provided with a smoothing capacitor C and supplies the electric power taken out by means of the unit 111 to a load 121 after rectification. A circuit breaker CB is provided between the circuit 10 and load 121. Switches SW1 and SW2 which open/close the transmission line between the unit 111 and circuit 10 are provided between the unit 111 and circuit 10. In addition, a resistor R and a light emitting diode D are provided in parallel with the capacitor C.
