PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably conduct blanking operation of a long electrode plate material over a long period of time by installing a plurality of knockouts having suction function, inserted movably up and down from the lower surface part of an upper mold facing a plurality of punches of a lower mold toward the inside from the lower surface part, and a suction means for sucking the hole space of the upper mold into which the knockout is inserted. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrode plate-shaped knockouts 26 having a hollow part 25 from the vicinity of the central part toward the lower surface are inserted movably up and down into each knockout insertion hole 18 of a lower block 19 so as to form a space 27 over the hole 18. In an electrode plate blanking process, the space 27 over each knockout 26 of an upper mold 2 is evacuated through a suction passage 28 by driving an evacuation device, and a gap between each knockout insertion hole 18 and each knockout is sucked to exhaust blanking scrap of the electrode plate material entered between each knockout insertion hole 18 and each knockout 26. |
