PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube element suited for use as a stretch label whose bonding part is unlikely to wrinkle. SOLUTION: In a stretch label formed in a tubular shape by making both ends 1a, 1b of a printed, self-expanding polyethylene film overlap each other and bonding them together, an unprinted part 1c is provided at the one end 1a of the film, and the ends 1a, 1b are sealed together by thermal fusion, with a sealing width W1 set in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 mm. |
