PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely execute the correction (setting) of an image forming process condition corresponding to the environment state of temperature or the like regardless of the constitution content of an image forming device. SOLUTION: This image forming device possesses an environment sensor 45 detecting at least temperature in the vicinity of a position on a side opposed to the thermal fixing unit 30 of an image forming system 10, an environment predicting means calculating the environment state (temperature) of the image forming system 10 or its each constituting part by using the information on the temperature detected at the time of starting image forming by the environment sensor 45 and the information on the distance L of the image forming system or each constituting part for the thermal fixing unit 30 and a condition setting means setting the image forming process condition of the image forming system 10 or its each constituting part to be a proper condition based on the environment predicting information of the image forming system 10 or its each constituting part obtained by the environment predicting means. |
