摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a source voltage change level caused by a clock operation and reduce electromagnetic radiation noises by setting a circuit device which generates when receiving a first control signal for controlling one memory hold circuit a second control signal for controlling the other memory hold circuit of a memory hold device as a combination of the two memory hold circuits for controlling passing and holding of data. SOLUTION: An external clock signal 101 becomes an internal clock signal 114 through an inverter 102 and further becomes an internal clock signal 115 through an inverter 103 to control to turn on, off transmission gates 108, 110 of a circuit block 121 of a next stage. The internal clock signal 115 becomes internal clock signals 116, 117 through inverters 112, 113 to control to turn on, off transmission gates 105, 107 of a circuit block 120 of an initial stage. Accordingly, the number of transmission gates driven by one internal clock signal is lessened and a charging, discharging current because of a parasitic capacitance is reduced.
