PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composition excellent in sensitivity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, process stability, formability and flatness, and capable of forming a highly fine pattern having a smooth surface and a high dimensional precision and containing little impurities, and to provide a color filter using the composition. SOLUTION: This photosensitive coloring composition is composed of a resin, a reactive monomer, a photoinitiator and a pigment, wherein a combination of a polyfunctional acrylate and a vinyl ether monomer is used as the reactive monomer. This color filter is produced by using the photosensitive coloring composition. |
