PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heating by a high frequency inductive heating device by preventing magnetic flux generated in a material to be heated from a current in each coil from canceling each other. SOLUTION: A synchronizing part MU of a master unit generates a signal Cm by comparing a reference wave signal Am of a frequency fm with its set level LVm and applying PWM modulation to the signal Am. The synchronizing part MU outputs the signal Am to a synchronizing part SU of a slave unit, and the synchronizing part SU generates a signal Cs by comparing the signal Am with the set level LVs of the slave unit and applying PWM modulation to the signal Am. The signal Cm drives transistors PTr, NTr, of the inverter power supply of the master unit, and the signal Cs drives transistors PTr, NTr of the inverter power supply HFPn, and the frequency and the phase of an output from the inverter power supply of the slave unit synchronize with the frequency and the phase of an output from the inverter power supply HFP1 of the master unit.
