PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a water film or a water drop by making a cut for preventing formation thereof at a part of a resin water passage susceptible to formation of a water film or a water drop thereby enhancing drainage performance. SOLUTION: A hydraulic responsive unit and a faucet 24 are housed in a water side housing molded integrally of resin. When an upstream main water faucet 31 is closed, a faucet 32 is opened and the pilot valve 40 of a faucet diaphragm 41 is opened In order to prevent damage due to freeze, water from the downstream side of the main water faucet 31 to the hydraulic responsive unit is discharged from a drainage faucet 32 to the outside. Since a quarter cut 3a is made asymmetrically in the lateral direction at a horizontal water inlet 5, vacuum force and center of gravity of water to be discharged concentrate at the corner of the cut 3a at the time of drainage and a water film is collapsed from the corner and guided downward through the water passage. Since a cut is made at a channel part where water is left easily, the channel is prevented from being choked due to freeze of water.
