PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a risk during interruption of other faucet, in a hot water supply control device to determine an amount of water remaining in a bathtub from temperature in the bathtub approximately at a time when hot water is supplied by supplying hot water in the bathtub. SOLUTION: By a circulation passage temperature sensor 8 arranged at a bath water circulation circuit 4 connected to a bathtub 1, temperature T4 of water remaining in a bathtub is measured by a circulation passage temperature sensor 8 arranged at a bath water circulation circuit 4 connected to a bathtub 1. A specified amount of V5 of hot water having temperature T6 is supplied in the bathtub to measure a hot water temperature T6 in the bathtub again. An amount of water remaining in the bathtub is computed by a formula of (T6-T5)V5/(T4-T6), and an insufficient amount of hot water is supplied in the bathtub 1. In the hot water supply control device, a temperature T2 of hot water supplied in the bathtub 1 is prevented from exceeding a bath setting maximum temperature.
