PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencing apparatus for a combustor excellent in silencing effect by improving close contact between sound absorbing members along their interfaces, and simply, easily, and effectually assemble a silencing apparatus excellent in silencing effect. SOLUTION: In a silencing apparatus provided on a combustor for reducing noise produced upon exhaustion of exhaust gas, there are provided an outer casing structure 30 constituting the outside of the apparatus, sound absorbing internal wall plates 40a to 40f covering front and rear, left and right, and upper and lower inner surfaces of the outer casing structure 30, a bent exhaust passage 80 constructed in a zig-zag manner longitudinally sound absorption partition plate 50 equipped with a communication hole 60 and an exhaust passage constituting structure 70 interiorly of the apparatus surrounded by the sound absorbing internal wall plates 40a to 40f, and an exhaust gas introduction hole 80a and an exhaust gas exhaust outlet 80b respectively at a starting and a final end of the bent exhaust passage 80. Side peripherals of the sound absorbing internal wall plates 40a to 40d on the front and rear, and left and right internal surfaces of the outer casing structure 30 are integrally wound and clamped with a band.
