PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat supplying system for a district, which uses no pump. SOLUTION: Steam produced in a plurality of steam generating devices 20 is collected in a heat distribution station 100, and, thereafter, is transferred to a plurality of heating and hot-water supplying instruments 50.60.70 of a central heating and hot-water supplying system of respective homes through pipelines 14.17. The transfer of heat depends on the self diffusion property of the steam. Respective heating and hot-water supplying instruments are equipped with a means for reserving water and a condensing device, liquefying the steam and shifting the heat of steam to water upon liquefying the steam to use the heat for heating and hot-water supplying. |
