<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate axial force control. SOLUTION: A fitting hole 15a in a ground coil body 16 is constituted of a through-hole 15b opened on the track 12 side, and a preset hole 15c which is continuous with the through-hole 15b and has a larger sectional area than the through-hole 15b coaxially to the through-hole 15b, the height of a disc spring 18 serving as predetermined reference axial force when pushed and opened on the side opposite to the track 12 side. The disc spring 18 is disposed in the preset hole 15c, a contact member 19 larger than the preset hole 15c is disposed on the opposite side to the rack 12 side so as to be brought into contact with the disc spring 18. A mounting nut 20 is tightened to the position where the contact member 19 comes into contact with the ground coil body 16.</p> |
