PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable easily taking the photosensitive resin plate in or out of a washing-out apparatus main body. SOLUTION: When a roller 36 provided at the upper end of a rod 34, which is energized upward, is fitted into a hollow part 32 of a disk 31, the rotation of a reversal member 10 is prevented and a fixed member 20 is kept in such a state that an adsorption plate 26 turns its surface downward. At this state, when the top of a lever 35 is downward trampled with one's foot, the rod 34 is allowed to move downward while opposing to a spring 37 and the roller 36 becomes free from the hollow part 32, and thereby the reversal member 10 becomes possible to rotate around shafts 7, 8. Then, after the reversal member 10 is rotated by 180 deg. around the shafts 7, 8 so that the fixed member 20 is turned from the upper side to the lower side so as to allow the adsorption plate 26 to turn its surface upward, the lever 35 is allowed to be free from the foot. Thereby, the roller 36 rises and bits into the hollow part 33 of the disk 31 so that the fixed member 20 is locked in the horizontal state. A photosensitive resin plate W is taken in or out of the absorption plate 26 while keeping this locked state. |
