PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decontaminate components and structures with high speed solid- liquid discharge flow of steam injector and abrasive and reduce secondary waste generation and suppress recontamination by applying hardly crashed ceramics particles. SOLUTION: To a steam water mixing nozzle 2 of a steam injector consisting of a water nozzle 1 and a steam nozzle 3, abrasive 13 is supplied to grind oxide film and metal parent material of object to be processed 5. Compressed air and abrasive are sent with pressure to building-embedded pipes of nuclear facilities to grind oxide film and metal parent material inside the pipes. The building concrete of the nuclear facility is ground by a portable grinding device for supplying compressed air and abrasive.
