PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a thermoelectric conversion device to maintain a stable performance for a long period by a method wherein a bonding film which consists of a gel-like addition reaction silicone rubber film having an adhesion and not containing a volatile component and has a film thickness of a specified thickness or thinner, is provided between a thermoelectric conversion unit and a thermal conductor which is adjacent to the unit and consists of an aluminium film or an aluminium alloy film. SOLUTION: A block-shaped first thermal conductor 9 is arranged between a thermoelectric conversion unit 8 and an inner box 5 used as a second thermal conductor, and radiation fins 10 are arranged on the outside of the unit 8. Moreover, bonding films 12, which consist of a gel-like addition reaction silicone rubber film having an adhesion and not containing a volatile component or a separation component and have a film thickness regulated in a thickness of 1 nm or thinner, are provided so that the films 12 are respectively made to interpose in the junction surface between a radiation fan 11 to send air toward the fins 10 and an outer box 4, the junction surface between the unit 8 and the thermal conductor 9, the junction surface between the thermal conductor 9 and the inner box 5, which is a second thermal conductor, and the junction surface between the unit 8 and the fins 10.
