PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoreceptor having high sensitivity, which is capable of stably maintaining the potential in the time of repeated use and whose electron-transporting layer is free from the formation of clacks or friction memories even when it is used in a copying machine, a laser beam printer or the like and stored for a long period of time by incorporating a specific compound into a photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer contains a compound of the formula I and a compound of the formula II, wherein R1-R4 are each H, an alkyl group which may be substituted, an aralkyl group which may be substituted, a halogen or the like; R5 and R6 are each H or an alkyl group which may be substituted; n is 0-2; R7-R9 are each H or an alkyl group which may be substituted; R10 is an aryl group which may be substituted; R11 and R12 are each H, an alkyl group which may be substituted or a halogen; (m) is 0-2; 0.2<=(k)<=0.8, 0.2<=(l)<=0.8, and (k)+(l)=1.
